COVID-19 Response Team (HPI)

During this difficult time of the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak, many of our community members are finding it challenging to purchase groceries, medicine, run errands, and pick up essential supplies.

To help in alleviating this challenge, a team of volunteers has mobilized to provide support to our community members who are ill, self-quarantined, and/or senior citizens.

If you are unable to go out to purchase household essentials please fill out the form and the volunteer team will follow up with you to assist you. They will work with you to purchase and deliver essential goods to your front door such as: 
Groceries
Medicine
Household supplies
Cooked food
