In celebration of International Humans Rights Day,  the Canada office of Youth for Human Rights and Humans for Peace Institution organized its open house on December 10th. The founder and president of Humans for Peace Institution Dr. Mohd Jamal Alsharif and VP Dr. Abdullah Al-badarneh presented the work they do in educating and leading in the human rights issue and talked of the important about the HPI activities in humans right.  Also Mr. Kerry Leahmann, former RCMP officer and now a business owner who supports humanitarian projects around the world, he was invited to talk about his experience in human rights protection and about his travels all over the world and the human rights issues he has helped with and how to get involved with human rights issues... Then Ms. Jodie Mosley from "A New Day" talked about human trafficking in Canada.  Jodie has a home now in Ottawa to bring women and children to after they have been rescued from the slave trade of human trafficking. The event ended by screening several videos about human rights and how we can all stand together to protect out our rights as humans.
