Humans for Peace Institution warmly invites you to participate in a meaningful event as part of Peace Week 2025 — a series of activities commemorating the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II and serving as a powerful reminder of the devastating use of nuclear weapons in Japan.

???? Event: Peace March to Parliament Hill
???? Date & Time: Sunday, August 10, 2025

  • 12:00 PM: Gathering at Maison du citoyen, Gatineau (wear comfortable shoes and bring peace symbols)

  • 12:30 PM: March begins, crossing the Alexandra Bridge and passing through Major Hill Park

  • 1:00–2:00 PM: Pacifist rally of poetry and prayer at the Eternal Flame, Parliament Hill
