Humans for Peace Institution is organizing an engaging and practical lecture on Digital Safety and Security at Waterford Grand Retirement Residence on Saturday, April 4th, at 11:00 a.m. The session will be delivered by Dr. Jamal Alsharif, President of the Humans for Peace Institution.

The event aims to empower seniors with essential knowledge and practical tools to safely navigate the digital world. During the lecture, Dr. Alsharif will address key topics such as recognizing online scams, creating strong passwords, protecting personal information, and avoiding fraudulent emails and phone calls.

The event is supported by the New Horizons for Seniors Program, Service Canada / Government of Canada, reinforcing a shared commitment to enhancing digital literacy and online safety among older adults.
